To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The repayment will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You have to send the goods back to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from this contract.
The following applies to goods that can be sent as a parcel: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, if the goods’ value is below 40€ or if you return the goods from outside the European Union. The following applies to goods that cannot be parcelled: We collect the goods at our own expense. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling of the goods including product checks, that are not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

If you want to declare your withdrawal and return the goods, please treat the goods and packaging with care and limit yourself to an (visual) inspection or an inspection comparable to the one you would be entitled to in a normal retail shop and do not use the goods beyond this. If you send the goods back to us in a deteriorated condition after you declared your withdrawal, you may be obliged to pay us a compensation for the decrease in value, especially if the decrease in value is due to your inspection or use of the goods. For example, according to case law, the installation and use of a graphics card purchased online can lead to a liability to pay compensation in the event of a contract withdrawal, if the value of the graphics card has been reduced. We therefore advise you not to assemble PC components such as processors, CPU coolers, RAM, motherboards, etc. before withdrawing your consent.

If you use our online withdrawal form, you will receive a return label from DHL that enables you to return the goods to us free of charge if the price you paid for the goods to be returned is more than EUR 40.00 and the return is from a member state of European Union.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, please ensure correct and safe packaging for the return. Please note in particular that the "own" packaging of the products is not suitable for shipping (PC cases are an exception), as this does not offer sufficient protection for transport.
